Groups & Tee Times - Kia ClassicThe world’s top ranked player, Lydia Ko, is playing alongside Brooke Henderson and Minjee Lee during the opening rounds of the Kia Classic. Ko is coming off a runner-up finish at the JTBC Founders Cup, where she carded a final round 7-under par, 65. She finished third at the Kia Classic in 2015. Henderson will make her first start at Kia, looking for her fifth consecutive top-10 finish. Lee makes just her second start in this event this year, having missed the cut in 2015. The group tees off at 7:45 a.m. off the 10th tee on Thursday.

Megan Khang, Ryann O’Toole, Mo Martin

Thursday - 12:33 p.m. – First Tee
Megan Khang, Ryann O’Toole and Mo Martin are grouped together in the opening rounds of the Kia Classic. Khang is coming off a season high finish at the JTBC Founders Cup where she finished T-4 for her second top-11 finish of her rookie season. O’Toole is also coming off her best performance in years, finishing T-9 for her best finish since the 2011 Safeway Classic where she was T-5. Martin rounds out this group, having posted her best finish at the Kia Classic in 2013 in a share of third. The trio tees off at 12:33 p.m. Thursday afternoon off the first tee.

Yani Tseng, Alison Lee, Anna Nordqvist

Thursday - 12:44 p.m. – First Tee
Alison Lee will be joined by two Kia Classic champions on days one and two of the Kia Classic in 2012 winner Yani Tseng and 2014 champion Anna Nordqvist. Lee has just one start in this event, having finished T-4 in California in 2015. Tseng’s last victory on Tour came at this event in 2012. The group will tee off at 12:44 p.m. Thursday afternoon off the first tee.

Paula Creamer, Sei Young Kim, Cristie Kerr

Thursday - 12:55 p.m – First Tee
Last week’s champion at the JTBC Founders Cup, Sei Young Kim will play alongside Paula Creamer and Kia Classic defending champion, Cristie Kerr. In addition to her win last season, Kerr has consistently played well in this event, finishing in the top-5 three times. Creamer posted a top-10 finish in this event last year, her best showing at the Kia Classic. The group tees off at 12:55 p.m. Thursday afternoon off the first tee.

Ha Na Jang, Lexi Thompson, Inbee Park

Thursday - 1:06 p.m. – First Tee
Two-time winner in 2016 Ha Na Jang will tee it up with two of the top ranked players in the world on Thursday and Friday, No.3 Lexi Thompson and No.2 Inbee park. Thompson will be well rested, having taken off last week. Her best finish in California came last season when she carded a third round 7-under par, 65 to finishing T-10 at the Kia Classic. Park makes her seventh start at the Kia Classic this week, her best finish coming as runner-up in 2010.
